I’m a home owner…

Everything is final… I closed on my house Monday afternoon and things have been pretty busy since then. I got all fo the appliances delivered yesterday (5 in total), so that’s a weight off my shoulders. I’ll post some more pictures when I get internet access enabled. It’s a duplex and I already have a renter for the bottom floor. Outside of that, I really like the place. There are some things that I want to do to fix it up a little, but all in all, it’s in great condition.
